The role requires apprenticeship as plastics technician or HTL plastics technology, 3–5 years of thermoplastics recycling experience, and strong German and English skills.

Qualifikationen

• Completed apprenticeship as a plastics technician or HTL plastics technology.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with thermoplastics, ideally in plastics recycling.
• Proficient in German (C2) and English (B2).

Aufgaben

• Optimize process parameters to meet customer specs.
• Oversee installation of new machinery generations up to operation.
• Run trials in-house and on customer sites; handle material supplied by customer.
• Monitor production and advise on production planning.
• Train customer staff on site for live production.
