Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience, or PhD with no prior professional experience.

• Experience with statistical methods and experimental design.

• Conduct process engineering R&D for Lam’s semiconductor equipment and systems.
• Review and optimize processing techniques used in manufacturing and fabrication.
• Develop new processes and improvements to reduce costs and increase yields.
• Analyze test data to define next steps and process specs.
• Collaborate across teams to plan, collect data, and report on customer demos for processes.
• Contribute to next-generation product development and release activities.
• Provide leadership to process technicians and guide execution activities.
