The team focuses on delivering personalised service, real-time flight coordination, and seamless CRM interactions to ensure exceptional journeys for Europe’s leading private jet clients.

Qualifikationen

• Passion for aviation, hospitality, or luxury service environments.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving under time pressure.
• Confidence using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a 24/7 operational context (shift patterns apply).
• Has the ambition to grow beyond the initial scope of the position
• A proactive, customer‑focused mindset — with an instinct to go the extra mile.
• Fluency in English (German, Spanish, French, or Italian are strong assets).

Aufgaben

• Provide personalised service and ensure clients feel valued and supported.
• Maintain real-time awareness of flight status and client preferences.
• Log all interactions and updates in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and visibility across departments.
• Collaborate with the Coordinator and Ground Ops teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement and retention.
• Respond promptly to client requests and generate tailored quotations.
• Liaise with Ground Ops to confirm aircraft and crew feasibility.
• Manage all client interactions and booking data in the CRM system, ensuring transparent communication.
• Support clients throughout the booking process with professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care to maintain service consistency and optimize conversion performance.
