Job Introduction: Frequentis Group, headquartered in Vienna, is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. As a market leader in control centre solutions, our Maritime organization supports rescue coordination and traffic management, including GMDSS, VTS, and Navy applications.

Key Tasks:

1. Conduct technical analysis of customer requirements and design solution architectures.
2. Prepare technical documentation for proposals.
3. Define technical requirements for internal interfaces (R&D, IT, Purchasing, Assembly).
4. Serve as technical interface to external customers, product management, and software development.
5. Perform feasibility analyses, risk assessments, and cost estimations in coordination with pre-sales and product management.
6. Support sales with on-site technical expertise during customer meetings.
7. Identify customer needs and draft technical solution descriptions.

Key Qualifications:

• Studies (TU or FH) in a technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analysis and architecture design of complex IT solutions.
• Experience in technical design documentation.
• Strong skills in creating and presenting technical documentation.
• Ability to lead and guide projects technically and consult customers on solutions.
• Business fluency in English; German is an advantage.
• Teamwork skills and high self-organization, with the ability to meet short deadlines.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
