Zusammenfassung

The University for Continuing Education Krems is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher (Quantitative Methods) to lead the design, execution and analysis of quantitative surveys on migration and inter-group relations in North Africa. You will work with an international team, contribute to the project’s theoretical development and help produce high‑impact publications.

The role requires a PhD in a related field, advanced quantitative skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple countries.

Qualifikationen

• Completed PhD in political science, conflict studies, social psychology, or related social science, awarded by 15 December 2026.
• Advanced expertise in quantitative methods, including inferential statistics and causal inference.
• Experience in design, implementation and analysis of online surveys and survey experiments with R and/or Stata.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement and analyze quantitative survey research on migration and inter-group relations.
• Lead analysis of survey and experimental data using advanced quantitative methods.
• Develop articles for international peer‑reviewed journals with the PI.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary international research team.
