Qualifikationen

• PhD in Political Science or Communication Studies.
• Several years of experience in research management of quantitative social science data.
• Publications in international peer-reviewed journals and/or publications.
• Excellent knowledge of computational social sciences.
• Experience with R and Python.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to development, coordination, and operation of national and international research infrastructures for political communication and election research.
• Coordinate international research networks focusing on manual and automated content analysis.
• Organize data collection, linking activities, experiments, and panel surveys.
• Standardize, validate, and improve methods for content analysis.
• Publish and present results internationally, supervise student assistants, and teach according to the collective agreement.
• Engage in supervision activities (including PhD students) and support third mission/knowledge transfer.
