Novartis is seeking a Senior Expert Science & Technology, Polarion Business Lead for the GDPD, based in Schaftenau, Austria. This hybrid role steers the Polarion platform for development and lifecycle management, translating business needs into practical system enhancements and ensuring GMP compliance.

You will lead the GDPD Polarion network, manage the enhancement backlog, coordinate releases, and deliver targeted training while collaborating across functions and projects to maximize Design

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Engineering, CS or a related field.
• Hands-on Polarion ALM experience (config, scripting/macros, templates) or equivalent.
• Experience with regulated GxP or medical-device environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional networks without direct authority.
• Strong operational and project-management skills.
• Fluent English, strong written and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead GDPD Polarion network and business support forums.
• Design and operationalize Polarion capabilities and backlog.
• Coordinate releases and defect resolution with IT and Polarion specialists.
• Define and deliver Polarion training program and a knowledge base.
• Ensure compliant operation per quality, regulatory, information security requirements.
• Prepare budget proposals for enhancements and external support.
