Job summary

Sportradar is hosting an International Graduate Programme in Vienna for high-potential graduates seeking early leadership roles. Over 12 months, participants complete onboarding and rotate across sports betting, media, fan engagement, iGaming and internal products.

Qualifications

• Master's degree by programme start in Business, Strategy, Product Management or related field.
• No more than two years of relevant professional experience.
• Interest in technology, sports and digital products.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with ability to solve user and business problems creatively.
• Comfort working with data, metrics and cross-functional tech teams.
• AI-native: use AI tools to explore ideas and improve work quality.
• Clear communication and collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to work across cultures and locations in a dynamic international environment.
• Curiosity, resilience and ownership with a strong mindset.
• EU work authorization for the duration of the programme.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and foundations for two months.
• Rotations across sports betting, media, marketing, fan engagement, iGaming and internal products.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers and analysts on initiatives.
• Contribute to product discovery and define requirements.
• Conduct market and user research to support decisions.
• Assist with roadmap or backlog management.
• Analyse product or business performance and synthesize client feedback.
• Develop prototypes and product demonstrations.
