Job summary

Sportradar's International Graduate Programme 2027/2028 is a full-time, 12-month programme based in Vienna with two five-month rotations across key business units, including sports betting, media and marketing.

You will work with product managers, designers and engineers, gaining practical product management capabilities, mentored by experienced leaders and exposed to international assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree by start of programme in Business, Strategy, Product Management or related field.
• No more than two years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong interest in technology, sports and digital products.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with problem-solving ability.
• Comfort working with data, metrics and technical teams.
• AI-native: using AI tools responsibly to explore ideas and improve work.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product discovery and requirement definitions.
• Support roadmaps, backlogs and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering across rotations.
• Perform market and user research to inform decisions.
• Prepare prototypes and product demonstrations when needed.
