As we continue our growth, we’re seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing commercial plumbing projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will serve as the main point of contact between our site teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure all projects are completed safely, profitably, and in line with our high standards.
- Manage multiple commercial plumbing projects concurrently from start to finish.
- Coordinate with our clients, designers, architects, and general contractors to review drawings and specifications.
- Gathering handover documents and preparing relevant forms throughout the project
- Preparation of monthly progress claims.
- Attend site meetings
- Oversee procurement of materials, labour, plant and equipment and tools.
- Supervise site teams and subcontractors and conduct regular job site visits.
- Monitor project progress and adjust programs as needed to meet milestones.
- Working with staff to have the gear ready to go when needed and working through design issues and changes onsite
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial plumbing projects.
- Previous experience running projects from $200k to $2 milranging from multi storey residential buildings to industrial warehouses
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and design, code requirements, drawings, specifications and reports.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications and strong computer literacy across a range of platforms including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
