Overview

As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will own paid social campaigns across selected markets—from creative briefing and ad production to A/B testing, performance reporting, and strategic optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Fully own and manage paid social campaigns across selected markets — from creative briefing and ad production, to A/B testing, performance reporting, and strategic optimization
  • Develop and execute a clear test-and-learn strategy to drive continuous improvement, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure a data-driven approach to all planned activities
  • Brief internal design teams and external UGC creators to ensure alignment with campaign goals and platform-specific creative best practices
  • Plan and execute tests in new channels and markets to diversify our advertising reach and impact
  • Stay on top of industry trends, emerging platforms in our targeted markets and best practices in social paid advertising
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media advertising, ideally in a B2C environment on the client or agency side
  • Proven track record of managing paid social campaigns end-to-end – from concept development and creative briefing to testing, analysis, and scaling
  • Strong preference for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram); experience with TikTok Ads or other platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
  • An innate ability to identify patterns and insights in complex datasets
  • A unique mix of creative and analytical thinking, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Valid Austrian work permit
