We’re on the lookout for a Paid Media Performance Marketer to join our growing team of digital marketers, creatives, and strategists. If you’re experienced in running high-converting campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, understand performance metrics inside-out, and want to work on globally recognised e-commerce brands — this is your next move.

About the Role:

This full-time role will see you managing paid media strategy and execution across a suite of international DTC brands. You’ll be responsible for planning, optimising, and scaling paid campaigns with a clear focus on ROI. This is not a content creation or organic social role — we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Planning, building, and optimising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube)

Conducting performance analysis to drive improvements in ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CAC

Collaborating with in-house creative and brand teams to develop ad creative that converts

Managing budgets across multiple brands and international markets

Providing insights and regular reporting to help shape media and growth strategy

About You:

Minimum 2+ years experience in a dedicated paid media role (not organic social)

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads

Proven track record of scaling e-commerce campaigns and achieving performance targets

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategy

Highly organised, results-driven, and commercially minded

Agency or multi-brand experience is highly regarded
