Your role at Dynatrace

We are looking to find a People Operations Representative to join our People & Culture team to support Dynatrace employees with all aspects of the Employee Lifecycle, ensuring positive experiences throughout with a particular focus on Leave of Absences, Working Time, and Labor Law knowledge.

In this role, we are looking for someone who has experience in HR, is passionate about creating a positive employee experience, and enjoys delving into Labor Law and CBA topics.

You are a perfect fit for our team if you like to:

  1. Create a positive employee experience by handling questions around Leave of Absence, CBA, and Time, primarily for Austrian employees but supporting other markets in EMEA in the future.
  2. Provide expert advice to internal (People & Culture) and external (business-facing) customers.
  3. Collaborate with other departments on Pay, Working Time, and Leave topics.
  4. Analyze and improve our People Operations processes.
  5. Ensure compliance with policies, local labor laws, and regulations, updating policies as needed.
  6. Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and other related responsibilities.
  7. Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll transitions, contracts, and adherence to CBA, federal, and national regulations.
  8. Handle complex employment law and CBA issues primarily in Austria, with potential expansion to other markets.

What will help you succeed

  1. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or People Operations Specialist, preferably in an international setting.
  3. Strong knowledge of labor law and a passion for CBA topics in Austria.
  4. Experience in HR Operations and Austrian labor law; European labor law experience is a bonus.
  5. Experience supporting the deployment of HRIS, Payroll, and Workforce Management platforms.
  6. Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
  7. Hands-on mentality, ability to work under pressure, and diplomatic skills.

Compensation Data

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits. Due to legal reasons, the minimum salary for this position is €55,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. Higher salaries are available based on qualifications and experience.
