Job summary

OMV Group in Vienna offers a 6-month internship in People & Culture designed to give hands-on exposure to HR projects and personnel strategy. You will support both national and international initiatives and gain practical experience across recruitment, compensation, and talent management.

The role requires current study in HRM, Business Administration, or International Management, plus strong analytical and Microsoft Office skills. English fluency is expected; German is a plus.

• Assist with the process of People & Culture administration.
• Daily business operations across the department's focus areas.
