Come join Pathology Queensland as a Pathology Collection Service Manager where you will supervise, co-ordinate and maintain all activities for Phlebotomy staff in the Gold Coast Group Laboratory including standardisation of documentation, training and competency in coordination with all Supervising Scientists and Group Laboratory Manager.
As a Pathology Collection Service Manager, you will maintain phlebotomy competency and regularly perform collections as required to support service provisions. You will provide leadership and direction to Pathology Queensland phlebotomy staff in the Gold Coast Group Laboratories, with a high level of initiative to achieve identified outcomes within established timeframes. Additionally, you will maintain and apply specialist knowledge, skills and experience in phlebotomy collection and provide specialist support and advice regarding complex resource and operational issues relating to service provision, as required for the Gold Coast group laboratories.
