Chapman Freeborn Airchartering invites applications for the position of Passenger Sales Manager in Austria. This role offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to shape their role within our organization. Purpose of the Role

  • Proactively identify targets and secure business opportunities across Passenger/Commercial and Private Jet products.
  • Develop and implement passenger sales strategies aligned with VP PAX EU and CCO goals.
  • Contribute to the company's growth and market leadership.
  • Design strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of passenger strategies in line with regional and group objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop country-specific plans and maintain client and supplier relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage a portfolio of clients.
  • Assist passenger brokers with information and support throughout the brokering process.
  • Build regional sales focus and dedication.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3-5 years of similar experience in Austria.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • Knowledge of the Austrian market and aviation industry.
  • Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance client needs with business objectives.
