About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Mahindra Automotive Australia team in Brisbane as a Parts Specialist / Senior Interpreter. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Dealer network as well as technical expertise to support the sales and distribution of Mahindra automotive parts and accessories.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

What you'll be doing

• Provide accurate and efficient responses to dealer enquiries on Mahindra Genuine Parts and Accessories
• Maintain a high standard of customer service in line with company policies and guidelines
• Build rapport with our valued dealer network
• Providing technical advice and support to dealerships and their customers
• Monitor dealer orders and usage patterns to recommend appropriate stock levels
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Assist with the creation of promotional materials and sales initiatives for Genuine Parts and Accessories
• Liaising with the Mahindra Australia head office and Global supply chain
• Handle returns, damaged stock claims, and credit requests in line with company policy
• Maintain high standards of workplace cleanliness in line with Mahindra's policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Experience in an automotive parts specialist or interpreter role
• Minimum 2-3 years of extensive experience in an automotive parts specialist or interpreter role
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive parts, components and systems
• Intermediate Excel skills, with SAP knowledge preferred
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in interpreting technical information and specifications
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and a passion for the automotive industry and delivering high-quality service
