We’re currently looking for an experienced and customer focused Parts Manager to join our dealership and lead our parts department. Working closely with management, your committed parts team and other departments you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operation of the parts department.

About the role:

  • Day-to-day management of parts department
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring parts are ordered and stocked correctly
  • Working closely with the service department to ensure fast moving, service-related and warranty parts are all available for the workshop
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal employees and external clients
  • Identifying opportunities to grow the parts department through building and maintaining trade relationships
  • Implementing processes and procedures to improve the parts department
  • Training and supervising parts department staff
  • Maintaining OEM relationships to ensure standards are met and benchmarks are achieved

An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant, based on qualifications, skills and experience. As well as competitive yearly salary, you’ll receive weekly commissions on parts sales, overtime rates and a fully maintained company vehicle and fuel allowance.
