A leading cultural organization in Austria is looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to grow and manage corporate partnerships. This part-time (0.6 FTE) senior role requires at least 5 years of experience in corporate partnership management. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and communication skills. PICA is seeking an experienced and dynamic Partnerships Manager to spearhead the growth and management of our corporate partnerships. This part-time role (0.6 FTE) with a pro rata salary of $100,000 p.a. plus superannuation is a senior position within PICA’s leadership team, crucial for delivering sustainable income through strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
You will be responsible for implementing PICA’s long-term Corporate Partnerships Plan and working with our Ethical Partnerships Framework to ensure all collaborations align with our values and strategic vision. Your role includes identifying, securing and stewarding mid to high-level corporate partners, managing contracts, reporting and maximising engagement opportunities.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of proven experience in corporate partnership management or sponsorship, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a high degree of organisation and autonomy. A genuine passion for the arts and the ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholders is essential.
