Job summary

Wellhub is hiring a Partner Sales Executive in Vienna to build the Austrian partner network with gyms and wellness facilities. You will drive outbound sales, engage key decision-makers, and secure agreements that support corporate clients.

You will own onboarding and work closely with the Partnership Leader to refine regional supply strategies while meeting ambitious targets. Fluency in German and English, 1+ year in B2B sales, and CRM experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in high-volume B2B sales or the fitness industry.
• Fluent communication in German and English.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the initial partner network across Austria by identifying and engaging gyms and wellness facilities.
• Lead outbound sales activities including cold calls, video meetings, and social selling to grow the partner network.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure a strong foundation for corporate clients.
• Own partner onboarding and handover, and collaborate with the Partnership Leader to optimize workflows.
• Share Austrian market insights and cultural nuances to shape regional supply strategy.
• Drive results by meeting/exceeding targets for new partner acquisitions.
• Collaborate with the business development team to align supply with client needs.
• Promote wellbeing and a healthy, balanced work culture within the team.
