About The Team

The Global Partners Organization (GPO) develops partnerships to accelerate innovation, growth, and customer success. We aim to implement a unified, global partner strategy with local engagement across programs, systems, processes, and people.

About The Role

The Partner Executive develops the Workday pipeline across GSI and/or Advisory Partners, collaborating with internal teams such as presales, marketing, services, legal, and industry advisors.

About You

This role requires several years of experience in partner management or sales, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years in a partner sales organization, preferably in ERP software
  • 5+ years in Business Development or Sales Strategy within a Partner Organization
Other Qualifications
  • Experience with large and medium enterprises, global system implementors, staffing partners, ISVs, and influencing technology decisions
  • Proven success in pipeline generation and bookings
  • Sales experience in HCM, ERP, or business applications
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in dynamic environments
  • Knowledge of Cloud Technology, Data, Analytics, API, and platforms
  • Understanding of Channel GTM motions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
  • MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • Location: Germany or Austria (Munich, Berlin, Vienna) with travel (25-40%)
