You will work on strategic CX and innovation projects from idea to rollout, gain insights into journey mapping and service design, and support high-profile initiatives that directly affect the guest experience.

Qualifikationen

• Must be enrolled in school for the entire duration of the internship.
• Interested in customer experience, service design, and project management.
• Work independently and in a structured manner.
• Be creative and enjoy generating new ideas.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office.
• Unrestricted work permit for Austria/EU.

Aufgaben

• Work on strategic customer experience and innovation projects from idea through business case, prototyping, to rollout.
• Be part of a project that brings new storytelling and customer engagement approaches.
• Gain insights into journey mapping, service design and strategic project management.
• Contribute to high-profile projects with direct customer impact.
• Produce market and trend analyses, benchmarking presentations and decision documents.
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
• Enjoy autonomy and contribute and implement ideas.
• Shape internal engagement and communication initiatives and support their implementation.
