Zusammenfassung

Austrian Airlines in Schwechat is offering a part-time internship starting in November 2026 for 6–12 months. The role focuses on strategy, innovation and customer experience, with autonomy to contribute ideas and drive improvements.

You will work on strategic CX and innovation projects from idea to rollout, gain insights into journey mapping and service design, and support high-profile initiatives that directly affect the guest experience.

Qualifikationen

• Must be enrolled in school for the entire duration of the internship.
• Interested in customer experience, service design, and project management.
• Work independently and in a structured manner.
• Be creative and enjoy generating new ideas.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office.
• Unrestricted work permit for Austria/EU.

• Work on strategic customer experience and innovation projects from idea through business case, prototyping, to rollout.
• Be part of a project that brings new storytelling and customer engagement approaches.
