Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Supervisor to join our team. The role oversees construction, maintenance, and coordination of building services in commercial and residential buildings across overseas locations.

Responsibilities include managing HVAC, lighting, fire alarm systems; reading technical drawings; and delivering preventive maintenance while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifikationen

• A City & Guilds or HNC qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supervising building services projects in commercial and residential buildings.
• Knowledge of all types of building services equipment and systems, including HVAC and lighting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Aufgaben

• Manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical building services equipment, such as HVAC systems, lighting, and fire alarm panels.
• Provide hands‑on technical support when required.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the smooth operation of building services equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot problems, and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
