Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG in Leoben is seeking a Specialist Operational Technology RUN to ensure stable operation of OT systems, infrastructure, and applications. You will serve as the primary contact for end users, provide troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement of system performance.

The role requires a degree in CS/SE/Automation or related field, experience or interest in OT/IoT, basic programming knowledge (C#, TS, Node.js), and strong English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, or related field.
• First professional experience or strong interest in OT systems, IoT, or factory automation.
• Basic knowledge of programming (C#, TypeScript, Node.js) is a plus.
• Understanding of operating systems and standard office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Aufgaben

• Act as first point of contact for IT-related requests (ServiceNow tickets, phone, email).
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to OT systems, networks, and applications.
• Prioritize, manage, and elevate service requests according to defined procedures.
• Support infrastructure and application-related IT projects.
• Administer user access and identity management to ensure security and compliance.
• Deliver end-user training and maintain system documentation.
• Contribute to system stabilization and continuous improvement in collaboration with business users.
