AT&S Leoben in Austria is seeking a Specialist Operational Technology RUN to ensure the stable operation of OT systems, infrastructure, and applications in line with SLAs. You will be the main contact for end users, providing technical support and driving improvements.

Collaborate with IT projects, maintain system availability and security, deliver user training, and document processes to support continuous optimization.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, software engineering, automation or related field.
• Initial professional experience or strong interest in OT systems, IoT, or factory automation.
• Basic programming knowledge (C#, TypeScript, Node.js) is a plus.
• English communication skills; other languages are beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Act as first point of contact for IT-related requests (ServiceNow tickets, phone, email).
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to OT systems, networks, and applications.
• Support IT projects and administer user access and security.
