The Digital Web Services (DWS) team is the department within Erste Digital responsible for all operational tasks related to Prime Applications for Digital Banking with a focus on George AT.

Responsibilities

• As an Application Manager you will be responsible for the stable operation of the supported services in the Digital Banking and Payments environment as part of 2nd level support.
• Use various monitoring tools to monitor applications, determine sources of errors and performance issues.
• Ensure that changes are incorporated into regular operations.
• Document these adaptations in various documentation tools.
• Perform root cause analysis with a wide range of monitoring and observability tools.
• Manage incidents.
• Work on the further development and optimization of operational and business processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with the operation of applications.
• Familiarity with Cloud and/or On-prem infrastructure.
• Experience in application performance monitoring (APM) is a benefit, preferably Dynatrace or Grafana.
• Good knowledge of Unix and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Ability to work in a team and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Know-how of scripting and programming languages, especially for web applications with Java, JavaScript and HTML.
• Excellent English and German skills both written and verbal.
