What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day operations with autonomy across labour, suppliers, capital, and linen replacement
  • Drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Business Performance and Improvement Team
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure service level agreements are met
  • Champion safety, workforce planning, and staff development
  • Manage change, compliance, and union consultation with confidence
