With a close-knit team and a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand, the business is preparing for an exciting office relocation in early 2026 and continues to expand its footprint in the region.
Reporting to an overseas Operations Director, you will oversee all aspects of customer operations, logistics, and distribution across ANZ. This newly vacant role is critical to ensuring smooth product flow from international manufacturing hubs to local distributors. You will lead a team of four customer service professionals and work closely with 3PL providers, internal stakeholders, and global planning teams.
