Overview

Operations Executive – Capital MarketsRare & exclusive opportunity

Be across the deals that move markets. You will join a respected investment advisory firm known for giving sophisticated investors access to Australia’s most exclusive corporate opportunities. They are seeking an Operations Executive with capital markets experience to contribute across both ECM transactions and operations.

This role sits at the table with senior advisors and CEOs, offering the balance and structure that supports life outside work.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end execution of ECM transactions for IPOs and placements, including pre-raise work, DDQ, bookbuild, settlement of all transactions, and managing deal flow to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain sharp operations: Internal Compliance Manager, overseeing AFSL audits, ASIC liaison, onboarding representatives, and policy requirements.
  • Provide reliable support behind the scenes with deadlines, detail, and investor confidence.
  • Oversee company efficiency including new accounts and dealer’s assistants.
  • Produce data for internal fees, brokers, and brokerage reports.
Qualifications and profile
  • Experience in capital markets, investment/corporate advisory, or capital raising.
  • Confident in building relationships with high-net-worth investors, advisors, and corporate clients.
  • Degree qualified in Commerce, Business, or Finance (RG146 an advantage or willingness to complete).
  • Professional, proactive, curious, and able to bring a bit of humour to the table.
  • Ability to operate with high confidentiality and understand privacy requirements.
