  • Own specific process optimization workstreams to enhance vehicle utilization and reduce costs.
  • Assist warehouse operations with capacity and resource planning.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with logistics partners and on-ground Lime staff.
  • Support administrative efforts such as contract follow-ups, internal approvals, and purchase order tracking.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
About you:
  • Master’s degree in engineering, economics, business or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

  • Full integration into Lime’s team.
  • Regular performance evaluations: beginning, mid-point, and end of the program.
  • A potential opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
  • Mentorship from a Supervisor (Operations Manager) and a Buddy (experienced team member from another region).
  • Unlimited access to Lime bikes for free.
  • Competitive monthly rate.
  • Paid Time Off - 2 days per month.
