Operational & Process Excellence CEE Cluster

Join to apply for the Operational & Process Excellence CEE Cluster role at GEA Group.

Define and implement group-wide standards, policies, processes, and internal controls for the cluster. Act as the local procurement function in alignment with corporate procurement. Serve as the first point of contact for vendors and corporate procurement.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Implement standardized administration processes and operational excellence practices, complying with GEA standards and local legislation.
• Manage third-party purchasing activities.
• Consolidate the supplier base at the cluster level and negotiate prices, terms, and conditions.
• Handle leasing topics (e.g., company cars) within the CEE cluster.
• Assist legal entities in the cluster with identifying and implementing cost savings.
• Optimize administrative and operational processes within the cluster.
• Coordinate key commercial activities with relevant stakeholders, including negotiations.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Degree in economics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of an Eastern European language (Bulgarian, Hungarian, etc.) is advantageous.
• Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Experience with procurement tools (e.g., SAP) and data analysis is a plus.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
