Qualifikationen

Operational Excellence Manager (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
  • Developing androlling out a unified OpEx approach tailored to diverse business needs
  • Supportingstrategic initiatives and driving excellence from the shop floor to seniorleadership
  • Providing expertinput to guide cultural transformation and ensure successful programadoption
  • Defining customizedperformance metrics—no “one-size-fits-all” approach
  • Deliveringimpactful OpEx trainings and facilitating workshops to foster alignmentand commitment
  • Coaching andmentoring OpEx Country Managers and their teams
  • Supporting keyinitiatives in Health & Safety, Quality, Performance, and SupplyChain, aligned with our OpEx program
Your Profile
  • University degreein Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management,Operations, Business Administration, or Finance
  • Proven experiencein Lean methodologies, with a strong track record in applying Lean/SixSigma tools across operations, commercial, and engineering areas
  • At least 3 yearsof experience in a global, multi-site organization, working across diversefunctional and cultural teams.
  • Strong analyticalskills with the ability to interpret complex operational data and identifyroot causes and improvement opportunities
  • Proven ability tolead change and drive continuous improvement across various businessfunctions
  • Excellentcommunication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to buildstrong networks and deliver impactful presentations at all managementlevels
  • Stronginterpersonal and leadership skills, with a hands-on and collaborativeapproach
  • Fluent inEnglish, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in MSOffice tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 3.553,67per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
