Lonza seeks an OE Manager to lead the site's Operational Excellence program from identification to sustainable implementation. You will partner with leaders to drive cross-functional improvement initiatives across Operations, Engineering and Quality, using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to raise performance and efficiency.

• Proven track record of delivering continuous improvement with measurable impact.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a large organization.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills across organizational levels.
• Experience in Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering or Quality.

Aufgaben

• Drive Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the INB organization.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from identification through implementation.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality and supporting functions to implement opportunities.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and other methodologies to address challenges and improve performance.
• Facilitate collaboration across functions to ensure alignment and execution.
• Use data to identify opportunities, monitor progress and inform decisions.
• Support development and deployment of OE standards, tools and best practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
