ZAUNERGROUP Holding GmbH is seeking a dedicated Project Execution Manager for on-site construction in Germany and Switzerland. You will support management, plan work, and manage site documentation for piping and plant construction projects.

Responsibilities include documentation control, bid support, and developing standard details. A completed technical education in related fields and fluent German and English are required, with travel flexibility for site assignments across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, installation technology, industrial engineering, or process engineering.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Willingness to travel and high flexibility for site assignments in Germany and Switzerland.
• Experience in project execution or work preparation in plant or piping construction is an advantage.
• Strong IT skills: MS Office, AutoCAD; ideally MicroStation or other CAD programs.

Aufgaben

• Supporting project management, installation management, and site management in technical and commercial matters.
• Work preparation in alignment with workflows and project schedules.
• Managing, reviewing, and preparing project documentation (as-built documentation).
• Assisting in technical bid preparation and/or project execution in piping and plant construction.
• Independently handling work packages.
• Creating and maintaining lists for technical project control.
• Developing standard details (“typicals”) and technical solution proposals.
• Preparing site and project documentation in accordance with client requirements.
