Zusammenfassung

Siemens Energy is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to oversee civil construction activities on large-scale power plant projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, customers, and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will support planning and execution of site operations, monitor progress, and resolve technical and organizational challenges, traveling to various sites as needed. Fluency in English and German is required.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in civil engineering or similar technical field.
• At least 3 years on-site experience; leading position a plus.
• Experience with complex industrial projects (e.g., turn-key CP projects).
• Strong knowledge of EHS policies, regulations and site procedures.

Aufgaben

• Overall responsibility for defined civil works scope with safe execution and cost efficiency.
• Supervise subcontractors for civil construction activities via site inspections and progress tracking.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and promote Zero Harm.
• Measure site progress with Contractors and consortium partners using standardized tools.
