Zusammenfassung

ZAUNERGROUP Holding GmbH on site seeks a QA/QC Engineer to support life science plant construction projects. You will monitor quality standards, perform inspections on piping and plant construction, and prepare GMP-compliant documentation.

Ideally you have welding coordination experience (EN ISO 14731) and a track record in ASME BPE contexts. On-site collaboration with project teams and central quality fosters reliable, high-quality project execution.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education in mechanical/plant/process engineering or related field.
• Welding supervision experience and EN ISO 14731 familiarity is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, QA/QC documentation, and inspection records.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards on construction sites.
• Perform and document quality inspections in plant construction and piping projects.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation in line with GMP guidelines and project requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, tests, and acceptance activities with customers and subcontractors.
• Develop quality plans, ITPs, and quality procedures.
• Track deviations and NCRs and support corrective actions.
• Participate in pressure testing, inspections, and commissioning activities.
• Work with project management and central quality department.
