Reboot Monkey in Austria seeks an experienced Data Center Technician for a full-time, on-site role at a premier facility in Voesendorf. You will install, decommission, and migrate hardware, perform structured cabling, and rack and label servers across mission-critical infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data centers or IT infrastructure, strong cabling skills including fiber, and hands-on experience with server hardware (Dell/HP/Supermicro).

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years data center or IT infra experience.
• Strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, fiber types).
• Experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Supermicro).
• Professional English communication.
• Data center and network certifications preferred (CDCP, CDCS, CCNA, Network+).

Aufgaben

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Rack, stack, and label servers.
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document all work with photos and detailed notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
• Own on-site responsibility at Voesendorf data center.

Kenntnisse

2+ years data center experience

Cabling (Cat5e/6/6a, fiber)

DCIM / ticketing systems (preferred)
