Reboot Monkey is hiring a Data Center Technician to support server and network infrastructure at our Graz facility. This on-site role requires handling cabling, hardware deployments, and daily operations within a world-class data center environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data center operations, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with DCIM and ITIL practices. On-site availability and physical endurance are essential for this full-time position.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber).
• Vendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco) preferred; ITIL awareness is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
