The position requires 3+ years in data center operations, strong cabling and troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with ITIL practices. On-site work with shift differentials for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in data center operations.
• Expert cabling: Cat6/6a and fiber (OM3/OM4/OS2).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Rack and stack experience.
• Power distribution and UPS knowledge.
• Excellent documentation and communication.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs in demanding environments.
• Data center certifications preferred (CDCP/CDCS/CDCE).
• Vendor certifications preferred (Dell/HPE/Cisco).
• Network certifications preferred (CCNA/JNCIA).
• Familiar with DCIM platforms.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices preferred.
