Jobgether is partnering with a Swiss-based digital-asset platform to hire a Principal Security Architect (On-Chain & Digital Assets) who will own the security architecture across custody and on-chain layers. The role requires deep crypto-security expertise and hands-on leadership across AWS, Kubernetes, and key-management practices.

You will drive threat modeling, incident response, and regulatory control mapping for international markets, translating complex risks into actionable business

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of information security experience in security architecture roles.
• Experience securing digital-asset custody platforms or regulated infrastructure.
• Deep practical knowledge of MPC, HSM, key ceremonies, and signing-policy design.
• Strong cloud security experience, esp. AWS in regulated settings.
• Ability to map security controls to ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end security architecture for custody and on-chain tech stack.
• Define controls for key management, transaction authorization, and wallet security.
• Lead threat modeling, security reviews, and incident response for crypto scenarios.
• Collaborate with IAM, AppSec, SOC, and Infrastructure Security teams.
• Map controls to MiCA, DORA, FCA, MAS; ensure cross-border compliance.
