Omnichannel Specialist (m/f/d)

(Full-time, 38.5 hours/week)

We are looking for Omnichannel Specialist in pharmaceuticals business area to drive the omnichannel & digital strategy execution and implementation for GSK products in Austria. Omnichannel Specialist will be accountable for driving execution of brand strategies across our Therapeutic Areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Digital Strategy execution (90%):
    • Execute and implement omnichannel & digital strategy – ensure these are embedded in individual Brand Plans
    • Proactively collaborate and communicate with Commercial and Medical teams and other cross-functional groups in Austria, the region, to share and embed digital tools/channels enabling Data Driven Customer Experience
    • Co-develop impactful omnichannel customer journeys to maximize reach & impact of the actions defined in the brand plan
    • Be aware of the external digital landscape, stay apprised of new and emerging innovations, evaluating new trends and helping offer creative solutions
    • Implement optimized digital content for Key customer and patient personas across regions to deliver next level digital content performance
    • Track performance of activities, digital content effectiveness, customer journeys & respective channels and being an expert able to share back with respective brand teams with suggestions for how to continually optimize
  • Digital Strategy definition (10%):
    • Support and provide input into Digital strategy definition

Qualifications & Skills

  • University Degree - at least a bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Medical, or a related field and a specialization in Digital Marketing or Commercial
  • Proven track-record in effective multi-channel customer engagement and communication
  • IT knowledge and comfort with digital systems and processes - Cross functional engagement with other areas e.g. medical
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English with good German skills
  • Ability to translate technology into business applications
  • Marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience with brand planning processes and translating strategy into execution is an added value as well as business analyst experience, CRM, Power BI, certification in Project Management

Market-conform annual gross salary starting from €62.000, with the possibility of overpayment depending on your qualifications and relevant experience.
