Qualifikationen

Office Management, Front Desk + Executive Assistance (f/m/d)
Your Field of Activity
  • Ensure the office runs efficiently & remains a welcoming space for employees and visitors
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate meetings and internal communications
  • Be the friendly & professional first point of contact for our clients
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and warmth
  • Manage meeting room bookings and assist in hospitality services
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive, including scheduling, travel planning, and document preparation
  • Assist with correspondence, presentations, and confidential projects
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Your Skills & Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in the above mentioned, ideally in the field of "Leadership Training & Coaching"
  • Excellent communication skills in German & English
  • Organized & Proactive- You love keeping things in order and always think two steps ahead
  • People-Oriented- You create a welcoming environment and communicate with ease
  • Multitasker- You handle multiple responsibilities with grace and efficiency
  • Tech-Savvy- You're comfortable with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Professional & Discreet- You handle sensitive information with care

Salary

The salary is 2,500 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis).
