A leading private health care provider in Austria seeks a dedicated individual for the leadership of the Angiography Department. This role requires advanced clinical skills in Angiography, responsibility for operational efficiency, and a commitment to quality patient care. You will be responsible for leadership and management of the Angiography Department, optimising patient safety, quality of care and experience, operational efficiency and contributing to the strategic objectives of the Directorate. You will be joining a dynamic and dedicated team of caregivers providing exceptional care to our patients using the latest technology and treatment whilst working together to achieve best practice outcomes, clinical excellence and a first class patient experience. Equipped with the latest in medical technology, our lab is designed to support a wide range of cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures with enhanced precision and patient safety. Its cutting-edge imaging equipment ensures clearer and more detailed visualisations, a crucial factor in successful cardiac treatments. Featuring the best medical imaging technology with minimised radiation doses, safeguarding the health of patients and caregivers.
You will hold demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, including the ACHS EQuiP process and clinical risk management with well-developed ability in using computers and a range of application software packages. You will have the ability to foster a positive service orientated culture that encourages sound patient care and stewardship whilst strengthening medical, nursing and interdisciplinary relationships and teams. Experience in setting, monitoring and meeting budgeted financial and annual operational targets and benchmarks with demonstrated skills and acumen in supporting and leading change management will be required. You will have the ability to exercise sound judgement in clinical, management and ethical issues whilst effectively managing risks, balance competing priorities and deliver within expected timeframes. To succeed you will hold Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse, demonstrated advanced Angiography clinical skills with contemporary management and leadership experience in a Senior Nursing position in an Acute Hospital Facility.
