VusionGroup in Graz, Austria is seeking an experienced Network Incident Analyst to join the Operations Department within the Customer Service team. You will analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex network incidents affecting our IoT cloud‑enabled solutions across LAN, WAN, VPN and Wi‑Fi.
You will use tools like Wireshark, Nmap, Azure Monitor, and Azure Log Analytics to troubleshoot, document investigations, and propose improvements.
