We are looking for a (Senior) Web Developer (C#/.NET) with a focus full stack development to join a motivated and dynamic team in the field of communication and safety systems. This role offers a blend of technical ownership, collaborative teamwork, and continuous innovation in a future-oriented sector.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary development team responsible for creating robust, modern web applications, contributing to both frontend and backend components, and supporting younger team members through mentoring and guidance.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and optimize modern web applications across the frontend and backend

- Design and implement new features and modules in close collaboration with product management

- Apply best practices in DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and Docker containerization

- Conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability, performance, and code quality

- Mentor and support junior developers to foster professional growth

- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and architecture

What We’re Looking For

- Strong backend experience with C#/.NET

- 5+ years of professional experience in web application development (frontend and backend)

- Solid knowledge of at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js)

- Relational database experience such as MariaDB or MSSQL

- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tools (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines)

- Good understanding of structured, solution-oriented development processes

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Proficient in both German (B2+) and English
