National Sales Manager – Lead Strategy, Inspire Teams, Drive Growth
$110,000 + super + car + $35,000 bonus = $173,000
We are seeking a proven sales leader to shape and deliver our national growth strategy. As National Sales Manager, you’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership to build performance, inspire people, and deliver results across Australia.
The Role
You will take ownership of the company’s sales performance nationwide. This includes:
- Designing and executing Annual & Long-Term Sales Strategic Plans aligned to company objectives
- Meeting sales targets and monitoring performance, ensuring revenue forecasts are accurate and on time
- Analysing market trends and customer insights to shape plans, while aligning closely with Marketing
- Building robust structures, processes, and accountability frameworks across all sales functions
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the Sales Team — ensuring KPIs are met and careers thrive
- Recruiting, onboarding, and performance managing team members when required
- Driving tender activity: identification, coordination, and submission of national bids
- Managing lead allocation, pipeline health, and use of the CRM to ensure data-driven decisions
- Personally managing a select portfolio of high-potential clients across multiple states

Demonstrated success in a senior national sales leadership role
- Strong ability to design and implement sales strategies that deliver measurable growth
- Skilled people leader: mentoring, coaching, performance management, and recruitment
- Proficient in CRM usage and reporting, with proven ability to leverage data to drive results
- Experience with tender processes and managing large, multi-state accounts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across internal and external partners
- Flexibility to travel regularly for team, client, and regional stakeholder engagement
