National Customer Relations Team Manager

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our National Sales Team. As the second-in-command to the National Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales strategy and success.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Assist in managing a national team of Customer Relations Managers.
  • Create and monitor reports.
  • Engage directly with customers via face-to-face, phone, and email.
  • Participate in project implementation and drive departmental strategy through project development.
  • Onboard new staff and provide training on company systems.
  • Travel interstate up to 10 days per month.
  • Assist with large quotes and tenders.
  • Monitor department communication channels and support the team in real-time.
  • Manage key accounts, report on them, and act as necessary.
To be successful, you'll need some or all of the following:
  • Coachability and pride in your work.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Hydraulics industry experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency with systems, Office Suite, ERP, and CRM.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365, Business Central, Sales, or CRM is advantageous but not essential.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
