About the role

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional ready to take ownership of one of Australia’s most iconic retail partnerships? We are looking for a driven and experienced National Account Manager to manage the key customer relationships within Coles.

In this high-impact role, you will be a key player in our sales team overseeing Coles and driving performance across budgeted sales volumes, profit, and market share. Working closely with Retailers including Promotions Managers, Buyers, and Category Managers you will build strong, strategic relationships that deliver mutual value. You will be responsible for the delivery and ranging of all the NPD within the Coles Group.

Internally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (NPD, Marketing, Finance) to optimise business plans that align with customer needs and growth ambitions. Your ability to connect the dots between insight, strategy, and execution will be critical to your success.

About You

You will also have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business/commerce related discipline desirable.
  • 2-3 years’ experience as National Account Manager or similar with an FMCG business.
  • In-depth understanding of Metcash / Woolworths / Coles and how to apply this knowledge to account-specific activities and tasks.
  • Proven experience in managing full P&L; delivering results against budget & forecast in Volume, NSV, GP and Trade Spend.
  • Previous experience with SAP and BI preferable.
