Job summary

HEAD Kennelbach, located by Lake Constance, Austria, seeks a creative designer to transform campaign goals into compelling visuals. You will produce mobile-first media assets for web, e-commerce, CRM, and social channels, collaborating with Marketing, CX, E‑Commerce and CRM to deliver production-ready assets on time.

You will work with UI/UX and development teams to integrate visuals into templates, maintain reusable assets and prompt libraries, and leverage generative AI for variations while

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing digital ads, performance-driven layouts, and multi-channel execution.
• Excellent Photoshop and Illustrator skills; proficient in Figma for collaborative design and asset handover.
• Experience with generative AI and asset production for web, social, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Translate campaign goals, product benefits and customer needs into visual concepts and media assets.
• Create high-converting, performance-optimized media assets for web, e-commerce, CRM, social media and paid campaigns with mobile-first layouts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CX, E-Commerce and CRM to clarify requirements and deliver production-ready assets on time.
• Explore ideas and create variations using generative AI and expert image retouching.
• Adapt assets across formats and languages with precise specs and run A/B tests based on insights.
• Work with UI/UX and development teams to integrate visuals into templates and components.
• Maintain reusable templates, asset components and prompt libraries across parallel projects in Figma, Adobe CC and Jira.
